About Rajan Sankaran MD(Hom)FS(Hom)UK

Son of the well known homoeopath Dr. P. Sankaran, Rajan has a firm foundation in traditional homoeopathy and was personally taught by some of the most famous classical homeopaths of his time including Dr. S. R. Phatak. He is an associate Professor of Repertory in the Homoeopathic Medical College in Mumbai since last twenty years.

He is internationally renowned as a clear and original thinker and is best known for his path breaking concepts in Homoeopathy, which are encompassed in what is now called 'The Sensation Method'. Through his writings and lectures, he has had a profound influence on the practice of many modern homoeopaths. He has been awarded a Fellowship of the Society of Homoeopaths (U.K.).

His lucid style makes him very popular as a teacher amongst homoeopaths worldwide. His seminars and teaching courses have been widely attended in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada England, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Norway,  Russia, Slovakia, Spain,  South Africa, South Korea , Switzerland, U.S.A.

He has authored several books namely The Spirit of Homoeopathy, The Substance of Homoeopathy, The Soul of Remedies, Provings, The System of Homoeopathy, An Insight into Plants (3 volumes), The Sensation in Homeopathy, Sensation Refined, Sankaran’s Schema, Structure (2 volumes), Survival – The Mollusc, and The Other Song has contributed to the development of the software VitalQuest. Many of the books are considered modern texts in Homeopathy and have been translated in several languages. Dr Rajan Sankaran continues to develop his method and push back the frontiers of our understanding even further.
